I had an excellent experience. After carefully reviewing prices and customer reviews I decided to choose Beurs Notaris for the purchase of my first house.
From the initial contact it was a pleasant experience. I called the receptionist by phone, she responded very calmly and sent me the expected costs within 10 minutes. These costs were the same as my final invoice and the price was sharp compared to others. Besides Beurs Notaris was the one that could deliver the quickest of all the 8 notaries I called that day.
During the process the notary noted a mistake in the contract and quickly told us this so we had time to correct the mistake. Furthermore the communication was flawless, I always got an answer within 3 hours and they sent me a confirmation if an important document was received.
On top of that, they finished the process one week beforehand, which allowed me to arrange the money transport stress free.
The day itself they explained me in normal, understandable language what was actually in the formal documents, ensuring that all aspects were carefully checked.
In short, if you are looking for a friendly notary office, that is highly professional, sublime communication and all that for a fair price, don't look further and simply go with Beurs Notaris.
